1. Returns

Sun & Sand Sports wants to always ensure your complete satisfaction with the items. Credit card returns will be credited back to your card. Cash on Delivery and SSS eWallet order returns will be credited back to your SSS eWallet.

In the event that an item you have ordered is unavailable, we will inform you by email as soon as possible and, where payment has already been made, refunds will be credited back to the original payment card used for the transaction.

For customers in KSA:-  If a refund is issued on a mada card, 14 or more days after the original transaction, there may be an additional 4 weeks delay for the money to reflect back in your bank account due to the refund processing policy enforced by mada and your issuing bank.

2. Payment

Sun & Sand Sports offers customers various payment methods including credit card, debit card, Cash On Delivery, SSS eWallet, Mada card and gift cards. For iOS users, we also accept payments made through Apple Pay. Please note that we have a Cash On Delivery collection limit. To know more about it, tap/click here.

3. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (either information or software) on the Sun & Sand Sports website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This grant of permission is not a transfer of title and under this license you may not:

1. Modify or copy the materials;
2. Use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
