Fitness and Cycling Equipment

Home Fitness and Cycling Equipment (bikes only) is delivered KSA within the following areas:

  • Riyadh: Riyadh, Al-Kharj, Qassim, Buraida.
  • Dammam: Dammam, Jubail, Khobar, Dhahran, Qatif, Hofuf, Al hasa, Al-Ras.
  • Jeddah: Jeddah, Makkah, Yanbu, Rabigh, Khulais, Madinah, Taif, Baha, Tuwwal.

Notes

Orders placed after 1pm (KSA time) will be processed the next working day.

 

SHIPPING CRITERIA 

We ship to the following countries: United Arab Emirates, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Kuwait.
Orders can only be shipped within the country you are shopping in. You cannot ship to anywhere outside of that country. For example, if you are shopping in the UAE online store, you can only ship to locations within the United Arab Emirates.

IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION

  • For prepaid orders, a signature is required upon the receipt of the shipment. For Cash On Delivery Orders, a signature may or may not be taken. 
  • Once the package has been signed for, the product is no longer under Sun & Sand Sports liability.
  • Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Sun & Sand Sports is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes.
  • If you want to return or exchange your order, registered users must log in to your registered account. Go to your ‘My Account’ and to ‘Returns & Exchanges’ and submit a request within 14 days of receiving your order. For guest users, must submit a request via the ‘Track Your Order’ page within 14 days of receiving the order.
  • If your order has already been placed, you can no longer edit your order or change your address.  
  • If you want to cancel your order, log into your account and go to ‘My Orders’. For guest users, go to the ‘Track Your Order’ page. You can cancel your order up until the point where you receive a notification email that the items have been dispatched and sent to the address specified by you. If the items have been dispatched, your order can no longer be cancelled.
