BenchK wall bars never go unnoticed. It's a versatile exercise tool that provides a full bodyweight workout opportunity with a wide range of exercise options, including spine flexion and extension, joint mobility, strength training, core conditioning, stretching, handstands, cardio, TRX training and many more. It's ideal for those who really think exercising shouldn’t be occasional, but rather an everyday experience.

Features

• Set includes wall bars (gymnastic ladder), an adjustable wooden pull-up bar, gymnastic rings, and a climbing rope with a swing
• Thanks to the pull up bar's removable construction, it can be positioned at different rungs and adjusted to the user height
• Pair it with a BenchK desk top (not included), to create either a sitting or standing work desk and save even more space in your living area
• The rings are made of beech plywood and are hung on black straps. Polished to perfection, the rings are smooth and safe for the hands. The straps are equipped with a buckles that allow for quick length adjustment as well as easy removal. As the child grows, the rings can be used as TRX straps.
• The rope is manually tangled in the upper section into a loop form and secured at the very bottom, eliminating the need for metal and plastic elements. It can be used for climbing, or as a swing.
